We don't bill insurance for telehealth visits. You're welcome to submit your receipt to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement yourself.

What you'll review before your first visit.
Before your first visit, you'll review and sign our Informed Consent for Telehealth Services and our Notice of Privacy Practices. In short: Matt Sturzenegger, PNP-PC is licensed to practice in Utah, and telehealth visits are available only to patients physically located in Utah at the time of their appointment, consistent with Utah telehealth law. Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency care — in an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Visits are conducted on a HIPAA-compliant video platform to protect your family's privacy, and you may request an in-person referral at any time if telehealth isn't the right fit for your child's care. Full documents are provided during intake.
